Counter-Strike Online recently holds beta test

I’ve read the news about Counter-Strike Online, but I’ve never really seen it in action until today. Want to know how it looks? I’ve embedded the video but don’t expect to be surprised. After all, you’ve seen Counter-Strike before.

Quake Wars will have in-game advertising

The guys at Splash Damage talked to the community about in-game advertising in Enemy Territory: Quake Wars, that hot shooter built using a modified Doom III engine. And you know what? The response seems to be generally good. For now, at least.
