From Crackle: Jace Hall, Ep 8: Video Game Violence & HOT CHICKS!
Remember Jace Hall? He’s probably the only human outside 3D Realms that was able to play the latest version of Duke Nukem Forever. This time, the former Monolith boss gets a one-on-one talk with Jack Thompson, enemy of all video gamers. […]

Our resident retro gaming nerd Joel recently showed us a hilarious video that just begs to be shared. It’s a clip of Max Payne from Max Payne 2: The Fall of Max Payne. It’s actually a good idea to use the second Max Payne because Finnish writer Sami Järvi’s lookalike has this permanent constipated look […]

There’s a new video clip for Battlefield: Bad Company circulating in the internets. It looks like the Digital Illusions-created FPS is once again getting some sort of attention (cough *micropayments* cough), but not because of its merits.
Tell me, is the video clip funny, or is it as a pathetic attempt to get some […]

We’ve all heard of critics raving over handsome water effects within a game. Remember how impressive and realistic the water looked in Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune and Bioshock? It looks like the benchmark is about to change in Project Origin, the sequel to Monolith’s 2005 “horror” shooter F.E.A.R. Have a look:
Instead of realistic water effects, Monolith […]

The size of Grand Theft Auto IV isn’t limited to the boundaries of Liberty City. Apparently, John Stewart’s “virtual correspondent” over at The Daily Show has made his way inside the game and torched a bodega using a flamethrower.
Forget flamethrowers–I never thought brides-to-be have a potential to be more violent than GTA fans. Whatever you […]

It’s not quite April Fool’s day on this side of the world, but I guess we can still consider it since the half is a day behind. Ever wondered how Altaïr of Assassin’s Creed would fare against the the no-place-to-hide battles of Metal Gear Solid 4? Wonder no more.

Remember those Halo 3 suicide videos? Do you recall how insanely elaborate they were? I think I may have just found the clip that surpasses those videos in terms of intricacy. Below is a music video made up entirely of Call of Duty 4 gunfire.
Who made the music video? Some fellow who calls himself Serpento. […]

If you think gamers are socially inept, and that they don’t mingle with the opposite gender even if they tried, think again. According to the official Xbox website, a couple met while playing Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Lockdown.
“I just thought you might be interested to know that Mike and I met playing Tom Clancy’s Rainbow […]

If William Shakespeare were here today, he would probably be playing Halo 3. Ever wondered how the Bard would handle trash talking in Xbox Live? Wonder no more:
Forge is teh r0xx0rz.

Evlmidget25 is back with an even more elaborate way to blow himself/herself up in Halo 3’s Forge map editor.
The first trailer may be good, but this one’s even funnier. The second one gets my vote. Anyone else here who’s spending time with Forge? Care to share any outrageous creations?

Evlmidget25 has a lot of time in his/her hands. So much time that this Halo 3 owner spent quite a while putting together a strange level in Forge designed blow his/her MJOLNIR ass up.
The video isn’t inherently funny. What’s funny is that someone had so much spare time to put this all together. It […]
