Mechcommander Free
From the “I like giant robots” category comes Evil Avatar’s post about Mechcommander.org releasing Mechcommander 1, 2 and Gold free for download. I include Evil Avatar’s forum link so those of you wondering how it could not be illegal can read and see the various reasons for it. Apparently Microsoft released the source code for MC 2 and all of it’s assets. I know Mech Commander is an RTS but it still has my beloved Battlemechs so FPS news can take a back seat for the day.
