Quake 1 John Romero Interview

So over at Quake Expo one of the guys got a nice interview with John Romero for the 10th Anniversary of the aforementioned Quake Expo. There’s two pages worth and it covers a lot. I rather like it more than normal interviews as it has a “underground” feel to it. It’s a fan asking about one of his favorite games. Not someone from a “major” site asking your typical gamut of questions. Basically it seems like he just asked a lot of the unanswered questions a community develops over the course of 10 years. So you get a lot of insight about certain things and about what went on and why things were changed. Good stuff. I recommend the read for anyone who played and enjoyed the first Quake.
